Paranormal Phenomena Paranormal matters are simply those which do not fit the presently accepted paradigm. Conventional science dismisses facts that they can't explain. They acknowledge them as presence of anomalous data and events but ignore them because they don't agree with the premise they are defending. A current day example might be what they have referred to as "junk" DNA. There is NO "junk" in nature. There is only that which we do not currently understand. The quest to understanding the unfamiliar and unknown is the first step to the discovery and awareness of our new future. It's not that the paranormal is not real its just that we don't understand it yet. As our technology becomes more advanced and the average person has more access to devices like digital cameras and video cameras many investigators, researchers and unintentional documenters are recording high volumes of unexplainable events and activities. The fact that these events are being experienced is no longer in question. What it represents is now the question. The scientific community and other institutions that form our conventional belief systems dismiss any results that can not be consistently replicated or defy contemporary conventional thinking. These quantifiable anomalous nonconforming results that fall into the paranormal category can be assimilated and researched until they ultimately become the basis for our new scientific understanding. Skeptics and so called "debunkers" of paranormal events automatically try to force everything into present day paradigms. It is the easiest pigeonhole for most of us to place these thought provoking bits of data into as we go about our demanding daily routines. Myth, legend, folklore and religion all have a basis for their stories and belief systems. The exaggeration, dramatization and detailing of facts that make for good story telling unfortunately place the information into a less than credible category for a lot of people. It's interesting how many religions have been created from differing individual interpretations of the same events each suggesting theirs is the correct understanding and the others are mistaken or incorrect. However, more people are in the U.S. culture are becoming more curious and acknowledging the existence of paranormal phenomena and are shifting from traditional rigid scientific and religious beliefs to a more collective spiritual belief. When you take the time to research any paranormal phenomena you quickly discover the plethora of quantifiable data confirming the presence of "something". The interpretation of this "something" information is where people start disagreeing and it begins falling out of mainstream acceptance. Those that summarily dismiss "paranormal" matters as silly or crazy have limited their ability to understand the multitude of different realities we coexist with. Our culture is so focused on what can be proven scientifically that we ignore, dismiss or deny what does not conform to the present day parameters that have been defined for us. It is difficult, if not impossible, to evolve our understanding using this approach. If you use a method of viewing these matters from the biggest picture to the smallest microcosm constantly moving from one to the other you start to discover an amazing understanding of everything from a new perspective. It is thrilling to realize something that you may have made fun of all of your life you now recognize in a way that makes complete sense rather than the way it was presented to you. It is important to remember that nearly every major scientific discovery made was viewed as occult or paranormal before it was endorsed by the mainstream. If you told people as recently as 100-200 years ago that man could fly, you could talk to someone on the other side of the earth they would likely label you as crazy or possibly shunned or attacked you for your beliefs. Earlier in man's history you could have been tortured or killed for wild or blasphemous statements like "the earth is round". Giant leaps of understanding have always been available to us when we stop viewing science as the highest form of human understanding. Most forerunners of new scientific breakthroughs are referencing "quantum physics" as the basis for comprehending reality in a new more meaningful way. As many cutting edge scientists are discovering what we refer to as "spirituality" seems to be a foundational building block for creating our realities. That may be a giant leap for many but it is as simple as viewing "spirituality" as a name for our new sciences we have yet to discover. Intuitively we know these things but cultural conditioning and the limitations of linear intellectual thinking keep us progressing at a 2 miles per hour in evolutionary speed. Rather than seeing ourselves as "highly advanced" by referencing our what we have accomplished by looking in our rear view mirror we would likely be better served seeing our human evolutionary stage as teenagers overly impressed with what we think we know. If we view ourselves as just beginning to mature in the greater intelligence in the galactic neighborhood we will easily move forward at a much faster pace. We don't currently have the concepts to grasp or vocabulary to describe the realities that exist although they are unfolding rapidly. When we have accepted science, religion, spirituality, folklore myth and legend as the same reality viewed from different perspectives rather than conflicting we have become more wise and have truly taken a giant step in our evolution.

Although stories and reports are scattered throughout the state the San Luis Valley in South Central Colorado stands out based on the sheer volume of recorded activity and current day reports of highly unusual and unexplainable events in most every imaginable arena. In two reporting centers for UFO activity, little known to the public, Colorado has over 1,000 people that have taken the time to submit written reports in the past 7-9 years alone. As UFO reports increase around the world and our state more people are developing an interest in this fascinating subject. A trip to the San Luis Valley may provide the best stage for these amazing performances. Historic and recent reports of a creature have been documented throughout the state. More than a dozen Native American tribes have inhabited this area and most have oral history of this large humanoid creature. Pike's Peak, Leadville, Eagle County and Platoro Colorado have had an unusually high number of reports. For those curious an expedition will be launched to educate individuals and conduct a search to document this illusive creature July 18- 20 2008. Time Travel Time travel is a concept that has been around for thousands of years. The Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project are two of the most famous research projects that were purportedly conducted by the U. S. Government centered around time travel with varying degrees of success. Albert Einstein proposed our concept of time is not linear as we currently perceive and measure it. Unconfirmed experiments and reports of physical and nonphysical time travel abound. Individuals such as Al Belik report their involvement with covert government time travel projects with very interesting stories about these experiences. It is believed by many physicists that the ability to travel forward or back in time is quite likely. Based on the rate of our technological progress over the past 150 years coupled with the evolving grasp of quantum physics it apears quite possible time travel is a possibility in the not too distant future.
Remote Viewing Since the 1960s both U.S. and Russia have developed and refined methods for individuals to observe documents, activities and over great distances and according to many view past and future events with amazing results. This so-called "Remote Viewing" program was officially abandoned by the Central Intelligence Agency but both instructors and trainees insist these covert operations continue. By entering into a deeply focused or meditative state the viewer follows protocols permitting them access to transcend both distance and time. Certain individuals have confirmation of repeatedly using these techniques with extreme detail and accuracy. It is believed everyone has the capability of developing these skills. Private organizations such as the Monroe Institute and dozens of others teach these procedures sometimes using government and military instructors. Throughout man's history shaman, spiritualists, yogis, prophets and others appear to have used similar methods to access remote, past and future events. The process is similar to meditation, self hypnosis or other altered states (sometimes drug induced). Research in these areas continues to uncover fascinating quantifiable results. Because results are not always consistent it is not adopted as conventional mainstream science. Seers, prophets and spiritual leaders throughout man's history in all cultures have accessed information and knowledge far beyond what could be known through conventional means. This technique is likely one of the methods that have used to access such information.
UFOs Unidentified Flying Objects In recent years hundreds of individuals that have secretly worked on covert government and military programs have come forward openly discussing the details of their involvement and experiences with UFOs and extraterrestrial life forms. Information about the existence of UFOs have been announced by many nations and governments in the past few years. AS of March 2008 the Google Search Engine shows over 51 million websites about, or commenting on, UFOs. The UFO phenomena moved to the forefront of cultural interest through the mid 1950's. After an extensive government effort of an aggressive denial and disinformation program about the existence of UFOs the public adopted these marketing efforts and responded to those talking about UFOs with public ridicule. Today, primarily through the Internet and the proliferation of digital cameras and video cameras around the world the interest of those not molded primarily by the media and institutional perception are discovering the phenomenon is a reality and want to know more about it. In January 2007 the Denver TV Guide had 161 programs in a week that were about paranormal phenomena (primarily UFOs). One third of those programs were for children. In March 2008 The Google search engine identifies 51,400,000 websites about, or referencing UFOs. The fact that over fifty million websites and an rapidly increasing number of nations ard addressing the matter can not be ignored.
ETs Extraterrestrial Life Forms The possibility of the existence of intelligent life through our universe is seeping into our conservative scientific culture at an ever increasing rate. What has been scoffed at for decades appears to be crystallizing in our evolving belief systems based on current scientific research providing significant evidence that the phenomena is real. Photographs, videos, witnesses, implants, hypnotic regressions and disclosure by government and military personnel involved with these covert projects are helping migrate the presence of this reality into human awareness. Most Native American tribes and other indigenous cultures from around the world believe we are descended from others throughout the universe. Movies, television and other sources that are the primary generators in the formation of our cultural beliefs are shifting to the openness to, and acceptance of, the likelihood of their existence. Most people know of friends, family or co-workers that have witnessed a UFO event. Closer encounters with Extraterrestrial beings are being acknowledged by the thousands. Hypnotic regression sessions and highly credible witnesses are begining to disclose their extraterrestrial experiences as it becomes more acceptable to discuss. in early 2008 Larry King Live television presented military witnesses presenting their personal experiences to the public. It's important to remember that it's not UFOs that we should focus on but the intelligence that it represents.
Crop Circles Crop Circles have been documented since the discovery of a 1678 woodcut. Circles have been witnesses in every continent but have been most prolific in the United Kingdom. Scientific studies conducted have identified magnetic anomalies, foreign magnetic material and exploded wheat nodules or cavities inside these circles that set these genuine circles apart from the manmade ones. Typically found in wheat crops these unexplainable circles have also been witnessed and documented in bodies of water and snow and other crops. Some Crop Circle researchers have witnessed these circles as they were being formed and even videotaped balls of light creating them. A number of these researchers experience extreme nausia when inside of a non manmade circle. In the United States the media marketed perception since the 1980's? has been that crop circles were first created by two regulars in an English pub. Since Some believe these circles to be created by higher intelligent life and are intended to communicate or encourage human acknowledgement of this intelligence.
Bigfoot Creatures fitting the description of a 6-12' tall hairy humanoid/ apelike creature have been witnessed and reported around the world for centuries. The ever increasing reports are in part due to ever growing communications in mainstream cultures. Indigenous cultures and remote communities have accepted their presence and have made them a part of their local folklore for many generations. Based on the large majority of reports the characteristics of the creature are that they are reclusive, weary of humans, extremely strong, nocturnal, territorial, claim large expanses of territory, have a pungent odor (skunk like), communicate with deep guttural and sometimes high pitched sounds, use knocking on rocks or trees to communicate over long distances, and use bent small tree sapling and 6-10' sticks to create tee-pee like structures marking their territory. Most Native American tribe's oral history identify such a creature all across the North American continent. Remote heavily wooded areas are where most sightings are reported. Numerous hair samples have been collected in conjunction with Bigfoot sightings that have been identified as being from an unidentified primate. Over 400 credible sightings are reported annually in the U.S. according to a 2008 History Channel presentation. Hundreds of footprints plus hand prints and even a definitive body print lead experts to speculate that the creature truly exists. Crypto zoologists and Universities have conducted extensive research and collected a substantial amount of physical evidence that indicates the strong probability of the creature's existence. The Pacific Northwest is most prolific based on filed reports followed by high activity areas such as Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado and others. The five areas of Colorado having the greatest number of documented sighting reports are Leadville, Pikes Peak, Eagle County, San Juan Mtn Range and LaMangas Pass (South Central Colorado immediately North of the New Mexico border).

Vortexes/ Vortices Vortexes, or vortices, are deformities in the laws of physics or energies as we define and understand them today. There are a number of well documented vortex locations in the U.S. that alter gravity and visual appearances. This distortion phenomena has been recognized by animals and known to Native Americans and others who are closely connected to the land and natural laws. Cattle, horses, sheep and other animals will frequently alter their straight line course to avoid a vortex in their path. Little is known about vortexes at this time other than their presence and some aspects can be measured in certain locations. These unusual openings are also referred to as gateways, stargates, windows, doorways, portals and more. Some view them as tunnels to other locations such as a wormhole. They could possibly connect with other locations on the planet, the past, future, other dimensions, another planet in the universe or a myriad of other possibilities. Spiritual leaders in indigenous cultures recognized the importance of these locations and used them to understand things beyond their human three dimensional physical comprehension. It is believed these have been used by many to develop prophecies. Each vortex can be unique in their characteristics. They can open and close, vary in intensity, migrate, alter gravity, light, time and more. It appears some are stationery, migrate, open and close, have varying intensities and it is believed by some that they can be created and controlled. One of the most documented is located near Gold Hill, Oregon originally identified in the late 1800's by an entrepreneur. He used his discovery to construct an assay office purchasing gold from miners inside the 165' ring where it weighed approximately 10% less than outside the circle. It has since been converted to a novel tourist attraction defying our senses and methods of measure.
Ghosts The word "Ghost" conjures up thoughts and concepts that have been delivered to us based on fear or a potential for insanity unfortunately. A rational more objective understanding of this phenomena is more effective if we eliminate most of what we have been told and start from scratch. If you view them as just another life form that most of us are not familiar with yet the understanding is much easier. Mites, germs and other microscopic organisms are not the best examples but they do help us realize that we have always coexisted with other life forms that most people were unaware of until the development of new technologies and research permitted us to accept their presence. Fortunately "Ghost Hunter" groups around our country spurred on by movies and television have been moving our culture toward the collective acceptance of their existence. The development and affordability of new digital, thermal, infrared and other audio, photo and video recording devices have made it possible to document this activity with amazing results that confirm the presence of life activity that we don't know much about yet. Although few individuals are intimately familiar with this phenomena there are certain unique characteristics most investigations and research have identified.
